The Rev. George Lee Freedom Trail marker is another opportunity for visitors to come and get a personal tour of the Civil Rights struggle, based on the history of the life and sacrifice of Rev. George W. Lee, and the many stories that have been recorded from the actual foot soldiers of the civil rights movement from Humphreys County, Belzoni Mississippi, that has been given to the Rev. George Lee Museum and now told by the old storyteller, Lula, to local communities, visitors, and tourists from around the world.
